Mission-driven company
Whisper and Map is a mission-driven company. Its purpose is written into its articles of association: “To support and promote independent artistic creation by offering artists, free of charge, tools, spaces and services founded on transparency, fairness and respect for their rights, and by developing an innovative and ethical business model serving a cultural ecosystem that is fairer, more diverse and more accessible to all.” Through its articles of association, no economic, political or religious interference is possible.

Consumer mediation
For any dispute with a consumer, Whisper and Map has chosen the Centre de la Médiation de la Consommation de Conciliateurs de justice (CM2C), a mediator approved by the CECMC. Mediation is free for the customer, after a complaint that has not received a satisfactory answer.
