The data controller is Whisper and Map (Whisper&Map), a French single-shareholder simplified joint-stock company with a mission, which operates the site under the trade name InDi ArT CulTuRe. RCS Perpignan 103 035 655. Registered office: 11 Ter rue Jean Jaurès, 66430 Bompas, France.

• Waiting list: your email address, the lists you chose, the date and proof of your consent.
• Member account: name or pseudonym, email address, password (never stored in plain text), preferences.
• Purchases and subscriptions: orders, invoices, chosen plan, renewal dates. Card details are entered with the payment provider and are not stored by Whisper and Map.
• Reading: the issues and videos your account gives access to.
• InDi TeeVi viewing: the videos you watch, to distribute the artists' share of your subscription among the artists concerned (“user-centric” model).
• Forms (works council offer, press): the information you enter.
• Browsing: anonymous traffic statistics, measured with Plausible Analytics, a tool designed not to use cookies or keep personal data [to be checked against the final configuration].

• Notifying you of the opening and sending you information from the lists you chose: your consent.
• Creating your account, providing issues and videos, managing your orders and subscriptions: performance of the contract.
• Invoicing and meeting our accounting and tax obligations: legal obligation.
• Distributing artists' pay according to what you watch: performance of the contract [legal basis to be confirmed].
• Answering your requests and keeping the site secure: our legitimate interest.
• Measuring traffic: your consent, where the tool requires it.

• Waiting list: until you unsubscribe, and at most [duration to be confirmed] without any interaction from you.
• Member account: as long as the account is open, then [duration to be confirmed] after deletion to handle any complaint.
• Invoices and accounting records: ten years, as required by law.

Whisper and Map neither sells nor rents your data. It is processed by service providers acting on its behalf:

• Odoo S.A. (Belgium), which hosts the site, accounts, shop and email sending [to be checked];
• Stripe, online payment provider [to be checked];
• Plausible Analytics, for audience measurement, a publisher based in the European Union [to be checked];
• the hosting platform for the videos embedded on the site [to be checked].

These providers may only use your data to provide their service. If one of them is located outside the European Union, the transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards [to be checked with each provider].

At any time you can access your data, have it corrected or erased, object to processing, request its restriction, retrieve it in a common format and withdraw your consent, without affecting what took place before.

The site uses the cookies needed for it to work: session, cart, login to the member area. Audience measurement is provided by Plausible Analytics, an ethical tool: no cookies, no personal data kept [consent exemption to be checked]. An information banner reminds you of this when you arrive on the site. Other trackers, such as those of embedded videos, are only set with your consent, which you can change at any time [choice banner to be configured].

On InDi HuB, the information you publish in your profile or messages is visible according to your privacy settings [to be defined with the app]. You can change or delete it at any time.

The site is intended for people aged 15 and over. Below that age, registration requires the consent of a holder of parental authority.

Exchanges with the site are encrypted. Passwords are never stored in plain text. Access to data is limited to the people who need it to run the service.
